SM Ent, “HanKyung’s problem, for the sake of Super Junior, we will try to settle it with communication”
There has been great interests and concerns from fans after news have it from Chinese press that Super Junior HanKyung has filed for provisional disposition of exclusive contract terms with management company SM Entertainment.With that SM Entertainment’s currently stand is, “We are currently confirming the news” and said that they will reveal more as things are confirmed.↘ Through OSEN’s phone conversation with SM Entertainment on 21st Dec, it was also revealed that, “For the sake of Super Junior, they will try to settle this through communication.”↘ On a phone conversation with Newsen, SME stated, “For the sake of Super Junior, we will solve the issue at hand by talking with Hankyung personally.”Earlier today, the Chinese media was the first to report this newsbreaking story and since then, they’ve dug a bit into Hankyung’s past. They’ve revealed that Hankyung was scouted through the ‘H.O.T. China Auditions’ and was chosen out of 3,000 other auditionees. Through this, he ultimately became Korea’s first Chinese entertainer with a formal debut. And since last April of 2008, Hankyung’s existence in Super Junior M has had a great impact on SME as he helped them expand into the Chinese market.source: allkpop

Reporters are currently on a phone interview with Hankyung’s (who is in China) lawyer, Kim Jinwook. Lawyer Kim said, indeed he has filed a litigation about terminating the contract with SM, but to whether Hankyung will continue Super Junior’s activities, it has been undecided.-It has been heard 2 types of litigation were filed today.“It is confirmed that 2 litigations have been filed against the exclusive contract to not be valid and to terminate the contract. Simply put, the former says to terminate the exclusive contract and the latter is saying that until the exclusive contract is terminated, and until legal effect of the termination has taken place, (he) will be able to act in accordance of temporary activities at (his) own will.”-When did Hankyung prepare for this litigation?“This is hard to answer. When the statement is released, it will be answered.”-The main point of this litigation is similar to Dong Bang Shin Ki 3 member’s exclusive contract?“Majority speaking, it is almost similar. Hankyung’s contract is valid for 13 years, there are indeed many unfair clauses, so (he) decided to file the litigation.”-Has he been contacting the 3 members of DBSK?“I am not very sure. Hankyung will state his own stand as soon as possible.”-Has the first date of the trial been decided?“At the moment, not yet. The full situation has been sorted out properly. DBSK’s sequestration contract has been terminated, and the process of applying it to finishing the statement, takes about 2 months. Hankyung does not want to spend such a long time. DBSK’s situation has mediation in between, and has undergone trial a few times, so the time spent has been pretty long, we hope that Hankyung’s litigation will be solved as soon as possible.”-Did Hankyung think of continuing activities as part of Super Junior or will he leave the group?”“That I am not too sure. Akhirnya mereka bisa bicara dengan perwakilan hukum.
-Kami mendengar bahwa ada dua tindakan yang diambil
"Singkatnya, tindakan pertama berusaha untuk membebaskan dirinya dari kontrak yang tidak adil dan tindakan kedua meminta untuk menangguhkan kontrak sampai keputusan yang dibuat dapat bertindak atas individu-nya untuk saat ini."

DBSK kasus telah banyak negosiasi untuk pemukiman dan beberapa percobaan sehingga butuh waktu lebih lama dari biasanya. Kami berharap bahwa kasus Hankyung tidak akan begitu lama."
-Apakah Hankyung ingin tetap berada di Super Junior atau ingin keluar ?
"Kami tidak tahu. Tidak ada yang memutuskan dalam hal Super Junior."

Ketika kita ditakuti oleh cerita Hankyung disposisi dengan SM Entertainment, aku baru-baru ini menemukan bahwa UKM telah datang dengan pernyataan untuk menghibur ELF dari kenyataan HAnkyung mau keluar dari SM.Begini katanya, "Demi Super Junior, kita akan menyelesaikan masalah di tangan dengan berbicara dengan Hankyung pribadi."Sebelum hari ini, media Cina melaporkan cerita mereka Hankyung masa lalu.Mereka telah mengungkapkan bahwa Hankyung adalah peserta melalui audisi SM di Cina dan dipilih dari 3.000 audisi yang lain. Melalui ini, ia akhirnya menjadi orang Cina pertama yang berkarir di Korea sebagai penyanyi dengan debut resmi. Dan sejak bulan April 2008, Hankyung eksistensi di Super Junior M telah memiliki dampak yang besar pada UKM ketika ia membantu mereka mengembangkan ke pasar Cina.
